Exceptionally clean hotel, and delicious food selection!!!

Accommodating staff, good services, and breathtaking location so close to lakeside as well as a lake in the countryside. Neat and inviting room with a pleasant view of the lake. We had an extremely comfy bed and above average breakfasts.

Its location is lovely & perfect, short walk to an old golf course, a lake and old watermill and other bars restaurants.

The King Room offered a spacious layout, perfect for a couple looking for a weekend escape. The decor had a vintage charm that added character to the space.

The breakfast options were quite limited, essentially just bread and instant coffee, disappointing given the previous reviews about a cooked breakfast. The absence of evening snack options was bothersome, especially on a Sunday when nearby food places were closed. The room felt overly warm with tiny windows that barely allowed any fresh air in. The pool, a feature that drew our attention, had been shut for months yet still advertised. For the price, we hoped for more amenities like a kettle for tea or coffee and better utilization of room space-like having space for our belongings or bedside tables to hold essentials at night.

We explored local pubs and enjoyed the beautiful views along the river Teme. Huge thanks to the friendly staff for making our stay perfect! Remember, you can have a full English breakfast on weekends for an extra charge.

The heating in our room was a bit too high and we couldn't adjust it, uncomfortable at times.

The double room was cozy and cute. The location near the old water mill and the beautiful pond added a lovely touch to my experience. The quiet surroundings were perfect for relaxation, and i enjoyed watching the wild fowl nearby.

disappointingly, the golf club was no longer available.

I enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful views overlooking the lake. The staff's attentiveness and the comfortable room, especially the good continental breakfast with a variety of choices.

More amenities would enhance the stay for seniors.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.

The views of the lake from my cozy room were nice. With spacious grounds to explore, I couldn't get enough of the good walks surrounded by nature. The friendly staff, especially Beverley, treated us like family and made breakfast an absolute joy with her cheerful disposition.

My room was so warm I could've fried an egg-had to convince myself it wasn't a sauna. And that poster? Let's just say, I wouldn't hang it in my closet!

Fine view, helpful service, the bar served locally sourced drinks that complemented the delicious continental breakfast we enjoyed in the bright dining area.
